This restaurant has a down home, BBQ-smoky atmosphere. The portions are large. The food is delicious. Our server adequately managed the late lunch time guests by herself.
Was a great place with great service and food!! Got the half rack of ribs and fries. The meat was falling off the bone delicious!!! Didn't even need sauce! Highly recommend it. Wish they had one in Columbus Ohio! Was sad they had no shirt in my size but maybe next time.
The food will speak for itself. If your hesitant to make the trek. Don't be... it's beyond worth it and I don't even drink. I just went for the food. We were in and out during busy hours in less than 30 min. I got this amazing mac and cheese and brisket burrito. Neither my mrs or I could eat the whole thing. Was very painless and easy start to finish. The staff we are young and it showed but nothing too bad. They were attentive enough. They had some nice decor and despite having a large group of middle school girls near us we were able to chat and noise was well managed. My mrs knew we were going through bemidji and has seen this place on a Facebook ad / reel? Worth it. Worth it. Worth it!
I loved eating here, i would share a pit master with my spouse, which was his favorite item on their menu, I haven't eaten anything from here in almost 2years , I miss their food badly, the service was always good, so was the atmosphere, MN nice spot and people .
This place was awesome! We came down for the weekend and stopped in which my husband ordered the trio with coleslaw and I ordered the sundae. Mine came with pulled pork, beans, slaw and topped with a rib! He had brisket, ribs and a pulled pork taco which was smoked to his satisfaction. He is picky and his critique of this place was it was a real smokehouse. Just the walls were black but atmosphere otherwise was casual.
Service was outstanding food was great. The Big Mama plate is a nice way to try all the smoked meats. The wings were hot and spicy very well done and you get a large wings. Mac and cheese jalapeno egg rolls are home made to perfection.
